The Visit Recap Report (figure 51) is a list of all patients that have had SOAP notes created in ChiroPadEMR for the date or date range selected. It also displays the category of the note entered. For those offices that use only ChiroPadEMR, this report is used to verify that every patient entered in ChiroPadEMR has been charged for the services provided and that every patient for which charges were created has a SOAP note.
