There are 2 Visitometer options. These apply to the various visitometers in ChiroSuiteEHR, including the Insurance Visitometer, the Diagnosis Visitometer, and the Treatment Plan Visitometer.
•Use transactions – This option should be selected by all users of ChiroOffice or the full ChiroSuiteEHR. This setting does not apply to those that have only ChiroPadEMR.
•Use SOAP notes – This setting should be selected by those practices that have installed only ChiroPadEMR. This setting ignores ChiroOffice transactions if the full ChiroSuiteEHR program is in place. If you are using both ChiroPadEMR and ChiroOffice, always select Use transactions.
Disable Sounds – Placing a check in this box shuts off all sound effects in ChiroSuiteEHR.
Ignore Patient Info Demographic Verification in ChiroPadEMR – This applies ONLY to ChiroPadEMR. When entering a new patient in ChiroPadEMR, this feature enables the entry of only very basic information to rapidly create the patient file. ChiroOffice requires more demographic data before the new patient account can be saved. When this option is checked on, the ChiroPadEMR system required information includes only 5 items: First Name, Last Name, Account Type, Provider, and Sex. Once these items are entered and saved, the doctor can open the patient file and enter SOAP, examination and history information. The balance of the patient demographic information can be entered later. If the doctor and staff have the licensing for separate computers, the demographic information can be completed in ChiroOffice by a staff member while the doctor is examining or treating the patient and making entries in ChiroPadEMR.
