Originally, this was called the Daily Recap, or Day Sheet. In ChiroSuiteEHR, the report was redesigned to allow you to run this report for any day or date range. It is most commonly used at the end of each day, for only that one day, but can easily be run for any time period that you desire. Remember that it will itemize every entry that was made on the Transaction screen and the Post Insurance screen. It is likely that it will be many pages long for just one day.
To generate the Transaction Recap Report (figure 42), click on its name to open the Selection Pop-Up (figure 41).

Set the date or date range and select the options that are best for the practice and what is needed for this specific report. Selecting Consolidated or Summary or both or neither alters the report significantly. To determine what is best for the practice, experiment with each variation. Once the report has been generated in each of its formats, it will be easy to determine which is best for the practice, or which is ideal for the needs of individual members of the practice.
The features of the Transaction Recap Report (figure 42) display
• View by date-of-service or date-of-entry
• Show charges for All Providers or for only one Provider
• Sort by Patient Name or Order Of Entry.
• The most complete report is selected by NOT checking Consolidated or Summary
•Consolidated shows the report for individual providers, but no summary
•Summary shows only totals, but no specifics for each provider
