Services by CPT (figure 39) report is a summary list of all the CPT codes that have been used by the practice during the time span chosen. It shows the percentage of usage, the number of times it has been used, the fee charged, and what was charged broken down by patient billing and insurance billing. In order to create the report, click on its name to open the Selection Pop-Up (figure 38).

The Selection Pop-Up provides the options for date/date range, all CPT codes or only one, the ability to specify one or all providers and one or all insurance carriers. Click OK to generate the report.
