Return to Work

This is the date on which the patient is/was expected to Return to Work. It can be a projected date, showing future expectations, or it can be the actual date in the past.

Under the Return to Work date box there is a drop down box to identify the type of work (Light or Regular) that the patient can return to. Click on the appropriate selection to fill in the field.
