After the correct information has been entered in the Insurance Policies window, return to the Post Insurance Ledger. Click on the line of the Open Claim that required correction so that it is highlighted. Now click on the Relock Insurance Information (Key) button that does NOT have the letter A. This will fix ONLY the one Open Claim that was highlighted. The next step is to Resubmit the claim. See below to use the Resubmit to Next Carrier button.
