The Referring Physicians Catalog is a list of all the health care providers that are NOT in the practice, but that the practice has some type of relationship with them. This includes but is not limited to those providers that
•refer patients to the practice
•provide or have provided care to patients that are active in the practice
•prescribed treatment and/or diagnostic tests for patients that are now active in the practice
•receive patient referrals from the practice
Note that this catalog is available for merging with letters and can be used for marketing the practice to other doctors. Those listed in this catalog are also available for inclusion in ChiroPadEMR as the examining or prescribing doctor in the Diagnostic Imaging Report, Sensory Exam, Muscle Test Exam, and Extremity window.
