Receipt

You may select when and if the patient receives a receipt. There are 3 options:

      YES - a receipt will automatically be printed with every transaction entered, whether or not there is a payment. In most practices, this option results in a gross waste of paper.

      PAYMENT - whenever the patient makes a payment, a receipt will automatically be printed. This option is usually selected for cash/self pay patients. It should only be used for those patients that want the receipt with each payment.

      NO - there will not be any automatic printing of a receipt.  If the patient asks for a receipt at the time of check-out, just click the Printer icon instead of the Save icon, and the receipt will be printed on demand.
