There are 2 Provider drop down boxes, one above the Scheduled column and the second above the Signed-In column. Each applies to the column under it. The system defaults to showing all providers. Clicking on the drop down arrow provides a list of all providers in the practice. Selecting an individual provider changes the display to show ONLY that provider’s patients for the Column it applies to. In a single provider practice, the setting should be left on All. In a multi-provider practice, depending on where the computer is located, and who is the User of that computer, it will sometimes be necessary to have it set to All and on other computers show only the individual provider’s patients. For example, the Front Desk computer may be set to All in ChiroOffice while each provider sees only his/her own patients in ChiroPadEMR.
