Beneath the Total (Box 16) date field is the Patient is Currently Working checkbox. If the patient is currently working, then place a check in this box. Although it does not appear on the CMS-1500, this tidbit of information is used in Narrative Reports in the ChiroPadEMR section of ChiroSuiteEHR as well as in other documents generated by the system.
