In this Customization section, Muscle Test Regions may be added, edited or deleted from ChiroPadEMR.
Click on Muscle Test Regions in the Customize Menu. The Customize Muscle Test Regions window (figure 2) opens.

The Muscle Test Regions are used in the Muscle Tests Muscles area to identify the Region of the body that the Muscle is located in. This enables sorting of the Muscles by Region.
This Regions list applies only to the Muscle Tests. To add a new Region to the list, type the Region Name in the text box under the list, and click the Add button. This will add the new Region to the bottom of the Regions list. In order to see the new addition to the list, it may be necessary to use the scroll bar. The items will appear on the list in the order in which they were entered.
After adding all the new Regions, click the Save icon.
