The Growth Chart tab window (figure 30) is activated automatically for all patients between the ages of 2 and 20. It does NOT display for patients older than 20 or less than 2. This is one of Medicare’s Meaningful Use requirements. The Growth Chart is for viewing and, if desired, printing only. There are 2 Growth Charts, one for Height and the other for Weight. ChiroSuiteEHR/ChiroPadEMR calculates and creates the charts based on the patient’s Date Of Birth entered in the Patient Info window and the Height and Weight entries that were made in the Vital Signs tab.
