Enter the patient’s e-mail address. E-mail may be addressed to the patient from within ChiroOffice by choosing Patient ►Send Email from the command menu. This will open the email program that you have installed on that computer.
Emergency Contact Information
There are some situations that arise periodically in which it is critically necessary to contact the patient, but the normal methods do not work. At those times, having Emergency Contact Information can make the process much more efficient and effective. This requires having the data in the patient file long before it is needed. The Emergency Contact Information is simple, and consists only of a person’s Name, Relation to the patient, and phone numbers.
Name – enter the emergency contact person’s full name
Relation – enter how this person is related to the patient
Home Phone, Cell Phone, Work Phone and Extension – enter all the phone numbers that you can get for this emergency contact
