The EHR Patient List (figure 29) report empowers the practice to generate lists of patients that meet an assortment of criteria. The criteria include, All Patients or Select Patient(s), Age both Younger Than and Older Than, Diagnosis, Medications, Allergies, Lab Results, and Sorting.

To produce the EHR Patient List report, click on the report name in the EHR Reports list. The EHR Data Selection Tool presents itself. Make the Patient and Age Selections (figure 30). Then click on each tab that is needed, making the necessary choices on each. Finally, click the Display button. The list of patients will appear, showing the selected data.
