The EHR Automated Measure Calculation (AMC) report (figure 25) provides all the final numbers (numerator, denominator, and ratio) for the Meaningful Use Automated Measures. It is a simple summary of the numbers needed for the doctor to complete the Automated Measures section of the Medicare Attestation. Although this report has been kept in ChiroSuiteEHR, there is also the EHR Measure Helper Report that details all the information needed for each measure calculation. Either the EHR AMC report or the EHR Measure Helper Report can be used to document Meaningful Use for Medicare.

When the report is selected the window shown above will appear, with the large white area blank. Please follow these steps to generate the needed report
• To obtain the summary of all AMC items, place a check next to All Reports. If the result of only 1 AMC item is desired, place a dot next to that item on the Auto Measure list.
• Select the date or date range for the report, using either the SmartDate selector or by entering the From and Thru dates in the boxes provided
• Select the provider that this report applies to by clicking on the drop down arrow in the Provider box. Do NOT leave the selection on Active Providers as this will NOT generate the results required by Medicare.
• Click the Run button
• Printing is easy, just click the Print button after the report has been generated.
