In the Template Selection Box, there is an item labeled Documents (figure 4). The templates in this section are specific to functions within and reserved for the ChiroSuiteEHR programs (figure 8). These names should NEVER be changed. In the event that their names are changed, the function in the program that they are connected to will NOT work. The Template may still be edited, just do NOT change the name of the Template.
