In order to easily identify which SOAP notes contain which data, it helps to categorize the notes. From the drop down box, select the Category that is most appropriate to understand what is in the note just by looking at the list of Dates and Categories. The list of Categories can be changed in the Customization section of ChiroPadEMR.
