Before using the Appointment Scheduler, the Appointment Template must first be set up for each provider. For each day of the week the schedule must be created individually for each day of the week. Each day can have a completely different schedule from all the other days. This is done in the Appointment Template Catalog which is accessed from the Tools button (figure 4).
