The last item in the central column is to note the Appearance of the Extremity. The symbols used here are another set of Abbreviations. In the Appearance box they include:

•      NOR – Normal

•      ABM – Abnormal

•      ASY – Asymmetry

•      ATR – Atrophy

•      BOP – Bone Protrusion

•      DCL – Discoloration

•      DFG – Deformity Congenital/Genetic/Inherited

•      DFS – Deformity Surgical

•      DFT – Deformity Traumatic

•      DIS – Dislocation

•      LES – Lesions

•      SCR – Scarring

Multiple Abbreviations may be selected simultaneously. Those that are mutually exclusive will automatically remove the other mutually exclusive item(s) if both are selected.
