Add New Extremity Test Bones/Joints

It is easy to add a new item to the Extremity Test Bones/Joints list. To add a new Bone/Joint or other body part to the list, type the Name of that item in the Bones/Joint text box under the list, then click on the Region that it belongs in, and click the Add New button. This will add the new Bone/Joint to the bottom of the Bones/Joint list.
